Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in check in/check out processes and handling guest requests.
- Managing room allocations
- Liasing with staff guests and external partners
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Managing training center supplies

- Providing customer service
- Maintaining accurate records and databases

Requirements
- Atleast a Diploma in hospitality management
- Atleast 2 years experience.
- Strong IT skills
