People Pro Consulting is hiring a Warehouse Implementation Lead to lead the setup and stabilization of a new centralized warehouse operation for a growing agri-products platform in East Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Design warehouse layout and flow
- Lead infrastructure setup and operationalization
- Stabilize day-to-day warehouse operations
- Implement inventory controls and processes
- Establish SOPs for inbound storage, picking, dispatch, and stock movement
- Ensure stock accuracy and visibility
- Lead stock migration and transition
- Ensure operational discipline, housekeeping, and safety
- Collaborate with key stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics
- Identify operational gaps and implement improvements
- Optimize warehouse processes and efficiency
Requirements
- 7–12+ years in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations
- Proven experience in warehouse implementation or transformation
- Strong inventory management and stock control expertise
- Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems
- Experience in FMCG, Retail, Logistics, Manufacturing, Food Processing, or Agri Business preferred
- Indian candidates with strong warehouse implementation experience preferred
- Candidates based in Kenya, East Africa, or international markets may also apply
- Applicants willing to work on a contract basis and relocate to Kenya are encouraged to apply
