People Pro Consulting is hiring a Warehouse Implementation Lead to lead the setup and stabilization of a new centralized warehouse operation for a growing agri-products platform in East Africa.

1. Design warehouse layout and flow
2. Lead infrastructure setup and operationalization
3. Stabilize day-to-day warehouse operations
4. Implement inventory controls and processes
5. Establish SOPs for inbound storage, picking, dispatch, and stock movement
6. Ensure stock accuracy and visibility
7. Lead stock migration and transition
8. Ensure operational discipline, housekeeping, and safety
9. Collaborate with key stakeholders
10. Monitor KPIs and operational metrics
11. Identify operational gaps and implement improvements
12. Optimize warehouse processes and efficiency

1. 7–12+ years in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations
2. Proven experience in warehouse implementation or transformation
3. Strong inventory management and stock control expertise
4. Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems
5. Experience in FMCG, Retail, Logistics, Manufacturing, Food Processing, or Agri Business preferred
6. Indian candidates with strong warehouse implementation experience preferred
7. Candidates based in Kenya, East Africa, or international markets may also apply
8. Applicants willing to work on a contract basis and relocate to Kenya are encouraged to apply
