Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the company's online visibility and brand image. This involves strategic planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives, content creation, and performance analysis to ensure a strong and positive online footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule social media content using various tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Agorapulse.
- Create engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines and enhances customer experience.
- Manage relationships with influencers to promote the brand effectively.
- Prepare and present comprehensive social media performance reports.
- Explore and implement advanced marketing strategies, including referral, affiliate, and remarketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrate proven experience in digital marketing.
- Possess proficiency in clear English communication.
- Reside in or near the Lavington area.
- Be available to work on weekends and holidays.
- Be committed to office-based work for 23 days a month.
