Job Description
Miale Solar Inventions is growing its engineering function and looking for a Senior Engineer to take ownership of engineering design, project delivery, and technical governance across our solar project portfolio. This is a senior, portfolio-wide role — you'll set the technical standard, not just execute it. You'll be the key technical link to our Procurement team and provide senior-level oversight on power quality and solar PV/BESS/inverter integration, directing resolution through our technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Engineering design review & technical oversight across active and upcoming projects
- Project engineering & project management — turning design intent into buildable plans
- QA/QC frameworks, audits, and site inspections across all projects
- Technical support to Procurement — equipment specs, vendor evaluations, compliance
- Engineering governance — building the standards and processes that scale with us
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related)
- 8–10+ years in engineering design, project engineering, or technical project management — ideally in solar/renewable energy
- EPRA T3 License
- Strong QA/QC, procurement support, and multi-site project delivery experience
- PMP or equivalent is a plus
