About the Company

To drive scalable customer acquisition through a structured, high-performing network of independent agents and referral partners. The role focuses on optimizing lead generation, improving conversion efficiency, and maximizing revenue contribution through disciplined performance management and strong operational oversight

Key Responsibilities

1.      Agent Network Development & Management

  • Recruit, onboard, and activate independent sales agents and referral partners across target markets.
  • Develop and maintain a strong, motivated, and performance-driven agent network.
  • Provide continuous training, coaching, and support to ensure agents understand products, value proposition, and sales processes.
  • Build strong relationships with agents to drive engagement, retention, and productivity.

2.      Performance Management & Optimization

  • Define, track, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
  • Leads generated per agent
  • Conversion rates
  • Revenue per agent
  • Cost per acquisition (CPA)
  • Set clear performance targets and implement structured incentive and commission frameworks.
  • Identify underperformance trends and implement corrective action plans.
  • Continuously optimize agent productivity and channel efficiency.

3.      Lead Generation & Channel Execution

  • Drive high-volume, high-quality lead acquisition through agent networks and referral channels.
  • Align agent activity with ongoing marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Identify and develop new referral partnerships (e.g., corporates, communities, institutions).
  • Ensure consistent pipeline generation to meet acquisition and revenue targets.

4.      Systems, Process & Compliance

  • Ensure all leads and activities are accurately captured and updated in the CRM system.
  • Enforce adherence to defined sales processes, compliance standards, and reporting structures.
  • Maintain clear pipeline visibility and tracking from lead generation to conversion.
  • Ensure data integrity and proper documentation of all agent activities.

5.      Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare regular reports on:
  • Agent performance
  • Channel effectiveness
  • Conversion metrics
  • Cost per acquisition and ROI
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve performance and scalability.
  • Support forecasting and planning through accurate pipeline and performance analysis.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2 years’ experience in sales, agent network management, or channel development.
  • Experience managing field sales teams, agents, or affiliate/referral programs is an added advantage.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales or acquisition targets.
