Job Description
Eshe is seeking a highly driven Partnership Manager to build its strategic partnership network from the ground up. The role involves identifying strategic partners, initiating executive-level meetings, driving negotiations, and closing partnership agreements. The successful candidate will manage the full partnership cycle from lead generation to signed contracts and help build a sustainable growth pipeline for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships.
- Initiate and manage high-level stakeholder meetings.
- Drive negotiations and close partnership agreements.
- Prepare pitch decks and commercial proposals.
- Manage partnership pipelines and CRM tracking.
- Represent the company in online and in-person executive meetings.
- Support company growth and expansion initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in partnerships, business development, key account management, or B2B sales.
- Fluent in English and Swahili.
- Based in Nairobi.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience handling executive-level engagements.
- CRM or pipeline management experience.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
