Presales Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Design and present IT infrastructure solutions
- Develop solution architectures and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Prepare technical proposals and RFP responses
- Conduct product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
- Support sales teams by aligning solutions to customer needs
- Build strong stakeholder relationships
- Collaborate with technology vendors
- Monitor market trends and customer requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Mechatronics or related field
- 2–5 years experience in Presales, Solution Engineering, IT Infrastructure or Systems Integration
- Knowledge of Data Center Infrastructure & Virtualization
- Storage Solutions (SAN, NAS, Object Storage)
- Backup & Disaster Recovery solutions
- Networking & Cybersecurity
- Cloud & Hybrid Technologies
- Strong proposal writing and presentation skills
- Relevant certifications (VMware, Cisco, Huawei, HPE, Dell, Veeam, Commvault) are an added advantage
