Job Description
Treasure Communications Limited is actively recruiting Van Sales Representatives (VSRs) to enhance its growing team across Kenya. The position offers an opportunity for individuals who excel in closing deals, interacting with customers, and achieving tangible results on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve set targets for sales, product distribution, and activation.
- Conduct regular field visits to provide coaching, perform audits, and offer support.
- Ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly reports are accurate and submitted on time.
- Address and resolve customer and outlet escalations within the designated region.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure adequate stock availability and efficient movement.
- Uphold and enforce all company policies and operational standards.
Requirements
- Hold a Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or supervising field teams.
- Experience within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector or General Trade is advantageous.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Exhibit analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of performing effectively under pressure and consistently meeting targets.
- Proficient in using basic reporting tools, including Excel and mobile applications.
- Willingness to undertake extensive travel within the assigned region.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics.
- Must possess a valid driving license.
