The educator will be responsible for leading various group activities, planning educational themes and projects, and organizing school events. A key aspect of the role is close collaboration with parents and meticulous documentation of each child's learning journey and development using specific assessment tools.

1. Provide individual support and educational activities across different groups of children.
2. Lead activities focused on art, music, sport, language development, and social learning.
3. Plan and develop educational themes and projects for the children.
4. Organize and plan celebrations, events, and related activities within the school.
5. Work closely and effectively with parents to support children's development.
6. Document each child’s learning and development progress using portfolios and the Development Snail assessment tool.

1. Possess a professional qualification as a state-recognized early years educator or a comparable pedagogical qualification recognized in Kenya.
2. Have at least one year of professional experience in early childhood education.
3. Demonstrate experience in language development support for young children.
4. Exhibit strong teamwork and communication skills.
5. Be capable of working closely with parents and school management.
6. Show a high degree of flexibility and intercultural competence.
7. Be fluent in English at a C2 level.
8. Have experience in creative and artistic activities.
9. Be proficient in using Excel, Word, and Outlook.
10. Display commitment, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
