Successful candidates will translate client needs into relevant learning experiences, customize course content, and lead sessions that build understanding and practical capability. The institute is particularly interested in trainers with expertise in areas such as Administration, Agriculture, Audit, Banking, Communication, Data Analytics, Economics, Energy, Facilities, Finance, Governance, Health Systems, HSSE, Humanitarian Aid, Leadership, MEAL, HR, Procurement, Professional Skills, Project Management, Records Management, and Technology including AI and Cybersecurity. Applicants should specify their primary specialization and relevant tools like Power BI, GIS, CAD/BIM, or grant management.

1. Understand client needs by participating in discussions to determine participant backgrounds, challenges, and learning objectives.
2. Develop and customize training materials, including course outlines, session plans, presentations, participant resources, assessments, and practical exercises.
3. Facilitate engaging learning sessions in classroom, virtual, or client-site settings using case studies, demonstrations, simulations, and group activities.
4. Connect learning to workplace application by guiding participants in using relevant tools and developing actionable plans.
5. Assess learning and address gaps through exercises, assessments, and feedback to evaluate understanding and achievement of objectives.
6. Maintain accurate and current content by updating materials to reflect industry developments, professional standards, and current tools.
7. Coordinate delivery professionally by submitting materials on time, confirming logistical requirements, attending all sessions, and communicating promptly.
8. Report outcomes and recommend program improvements based on participant feedback and training reports.
9. Provide agreed follow-up support by responding to participant questions and clarifying course concepts within the specified scope.
10. Uphold professional standards, including client confidentiality, appropriate material sourcing, and maintaining an inclusive learning environment.

1. A Master's degree in a field relevant to your proposed training specialization.
2. A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience, with demonstrated experience in delivering training, facilitating workshops, or presenting specialist content.
3. Relevant professional certifications or recognized trainer qualifications are highly advantageous.
4. Strong subject matter expertise and the ability to clearly explain complex concepts and link them to workplace practices.
5. Excellent facilitation, presentation, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to adapt content and pace to diverse participant backgrounds.
7. Proficiency in software, tools, or professional frameworks relevant to your specialization, along with digital skills for virtual facilitation.
8. A dependable approach to preparation, meeting deadlines, engaging participants, and collaborating with the training team.
