We are seeking a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team.

1. Edit and assemble raw footage into high-quality video content for television and digital platforms.
2. Work closely with the production team to understand project requirements and creative direction.
3. Trim footage and arrange sequences to produce engaging and compelling stories.
4. Incorporate music, dialogue, graphics, captions, transitions, and visual effects where appropriate.
5. Produce rough cuts for review and implement revisions to deliver final edits.
6. Organize and archive video content to ensure easy retrieval and proper storage.
7. Maintain consistency with the Family Media brand and production standards.
8. Keep up to date with current editing techniques and industry trends to enhance content quality.

1. A diploma, or degree in Film Production, Video Editing, Media Studies, or a related field.
2. Have at least 2 years’ experience in video editing
3. Practical experience using Final Cut Pro for video editing is a must
4. A good understanding of video editing techniques, storytelling, and pacing.
5. Creative mind and storytelling skills
6. Ability to work within deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
