Job Description
This role seeks a self-motivated, passionate, and dedicated sales associate to boost sales of salon and spa services, beauty products, and treatment packages, all while providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include attracting new clients, converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, advising clients on appropriate beauty services and products, and fostering strong customer relationships to enhance revenue and client loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly individual sales targets.
- Advise customers on appropriate beauty products and services, considering their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Promote and sell additional complementary services, treatment packages, and beauty products.
- Furnish precise details regarding services, pricing, packages, product advantages, and appointment availability.
- Submit reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and new sales prospects.
- Assist in marketing salon and spa services via WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and other promotional channels.
- Discover and pursue opportunities to attract new clients and expand the salon's customer base.
Requirements
- A minimum of one year of sales experience.
- Educational qualifications including a BA/BSc/HND, Diploma, First School Leaving Certificate, or KCSE.
