Lead retail distribution growth by driving sales of Unit Trusts, Retail Investment Products, and Wealth Management solutions through financial advisors and partner channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive retail client acquisition.
- Lead sales and distribution strategy.
- Manage financial advisors and intermediary networks.
- Drive customer education initiatives.
- Develop new retail business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing on growth campaigns.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage channel performance and growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Master's Degree is an added advantage.
- CISI, CFA, ICPAK or CIMA qualifications are advantageous.
- 8–10 years in financial services.
- Experience in wealth management or unit trust sales.
- Proven retail distribution leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of Kenyan financial markets.
