Job Description
This role involves managing and supervising security personnel, ensuring their proper deployment and adequate site coverage. The supervisor will conduct regular site inspections, enforce standard operating procedures, and uphold discipline and security standards. Key duties include training and guiding guards, managing their off-duty and leave schedules, and serving as a liaison with clients on operational matters. The position also requires preparing weekly and monthly supervision reports.
