Operations – Investigations and Deployment Officer

The Operations – Investigations and Deployment Officer is responsible for conducting thorough investigations, including evidence collection and interviewing relevant parties, while ensuring adherence to legal and confidentiality standards. The role also involves strategic planning for the deployment of personnel, resources, and equipment, assessing operational readiness, and mitigating risks. Collaboration with law enforcement, legal teams, and field units is crucial, alongside reporting on investigative findings, deployment activities, and emerging operational trends.

1. Lead and conduct investigations, which includes gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses or suspects, then reporting the findings.
2. Ensure all activities comply with legal requirements and confidentiality standards.
3. Plan and coordinate the deployment of personnel, resources, and necessary equipment.
4. Evaluate operational readiness and actively manage potential risks.
5. Serve as a liaison with police, legal teams, and various field units.
6. Prepare and submit reports on investigations, deployments, and overall operational trends.

1. Hold a degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Security Management, or a related academic field.
2. Possess a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience.
3. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a keen awareness of risks, and practical operational capabilities.
