Job Description
The Care Manager is responsible for working closely with medical clients, intermediaries, and medical service providers. The primary goal is to facilitate access to high-quality, timely, effective, and cost-efficient healthcare services. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing.
- Professional qualification from the Nursing Council of Kenya.
- Professional qualification from AIIK.
- Four years of experience in health insurance.
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry.
- Proficient in claims management and analytical skills.
- Excellent customer management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interpret policies effectively.
- Capable of processing all classes of insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation.
- Fluency in IT skills.
- Possess integrity, reliability, transparency, and professionalism.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain high quality standards.
