Job Description

This role is key in ensuring that provider documentation is complete, communication is seamless, and service delivery standards are upheld across the provider network.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate the contracting process by following up with providers and internal stakeholders, ensuring all relevant documentation is in order.
  2. Manage the provider compliance process, including collection and updating of KYC documents.
  3. Draft, issue, and manage provider correspondence such as appointment letters, welcome notes, suspension, and termination letters.
  4. Monitor and manage the provider management group email account, ensuring timely closure of open cases.
  5. Manage relationships with small and medium-sized providers to ensure positive engagement and issue resolution.
  6. Implementation of the Provider Management strategy in line with the role.
  7. Provider price negotiation: Reviewing costs and negotiating with service providers to ensure competitive prices are observed, during provider onboarding, contract renewals and other periods the company dictates.
  8. Provider Audit: Carrying out physical audits for both new and existing providers to ascertain provider quality of service delivery and mitigate fraud.
  9. Any other roles assigned by management from time to time

Requirements

  1. Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  4. Ability to work independently and build effective interpersonal relations
  5. Bias towards innovation and development of new ideas in problem solving
  6. Professionalism in dealing with both internal and external stakeholders
  7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  8. Integrity and honesty
  9. Bachelor of Science in Nursing, clinical medicine or related fields.
  10. Minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience in a similar position is desirable.
